Interesting, solarbobky, I recalled the same guy, about the same time you posted the preceding thread. If you scroll down the page of the above link, one can download his brochure in .pdf format. (It's 1.2 megabytes, which exceeds limits, so can't attach here.)
Multiple photos in the brochure, and good description including:
-- max. branch dia., about 1 1/4 inches
-- chunk length and variability, 2-4 inches

I live in the same area and was told last week that this guy had passed away. Not sure but that's the word on the street. Anybody spoken with him? I wanted to talk to him about his projects.
