The California Biomass Collaborative has a listing of great energy cost calculators for biomass energy.
The following is from their site:

Use this web-based calculator to determine energy costs based on your technical, financial, and economic assumptions. It includes a background review of methodology used and provides several examples downloadable as Excel spreadsheets.
The following cost calculators compute the level annual cost of energy in both current and constant dollars for different energy facilities using a revenue requirements methodology. Below are several examples downloadable as Excel spreadsheets. To use the calculators, replace the default input values with your own values. Please note these calculators are intended to be simple and easy to use; there are many more complex models that should be used for more in depth analyses.
