The recipe:

three gallons of soft wood chips
Two eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 milk
1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a bit of cinnamon
mix well (few servings*)

Fillings:
bananas and yogurt
cottage cheese and jam
potato chips (if you are Jim)

Bear fabricated a nice stand off griddle that fits around the flare stack.

The temperature of the griddle was into the 450 range with about 3 inH2O drop across the reactor. This might be a tad too hot for crepes, but they turned out well.
Oil up the griddle, pour some of the crepe mix, and chance to flip it in the nick of time then voila! Gasifier crepes.

A proper flow rate for the gasifier seemed to over power the griddle, so we ran it lower than typical run conditions. Although we could see a proper run condition could possibly go to support a few burners.

The complex engineering of gasification to produce a clean gas for an IC engine, takes a day off and flares off in the the culinary art of crepery.
