I have updated and improved the Windows program that will do datalogging, graphing, printing and now control of the FET's on the PCU.
The help file is probably the easiest way to see what it is all about.  Here is a link: http://bigislandgrow...U/Overview.html.

If you are interested in messing around with it send me an email (bob [at] bigislandgrowers [dot] com) and I will send you the zipped files that are required to run it.  We can discuss getting the 3,500 lines of VB.net code behind it.

Just added a simple tachometer to read motor RPM into the timer on the PCU.

By the way, I am not planning to run a GEK with this.  I am building a screw-auger type of machine that is intended to maximize the production of biochar.  Here is a link that will give you a better idea of those efforts: http://bigislandgrow...s/biofuels.html

Thank you for sharing Bob.  I am working on a similar project to be used in the country of Lebanon, where elctricity is even more expensive than Hawaii.  I am still in the beginning stages though, and will be in touch soon for sharing and collaborating
