Hi all,

We had another burning of wood chips on 10kw GEK gasifier and it went successful. Also, we collected the produced syn-gas for analyzing.

The result from the gas chromatography showed the amount of H2 and CO is only around 10 percent, which is far away from the ideal amount (25 percent). In addition, the amount of O2 is much more than it supposed to have. So I was wondering if there is something to do with the combustion or reduction process, or maybe the temperature when we collected the syn-gas was not ideal (we collect the syn-gas at the temperature of 930 on Ttred, and 763 on Tbred)?

Thanks!

Wilson
