We have bought the 10kw power pallet for a year and ran it around 15 times. Recently I found the feeding auger between drying bucket and reactor is not as effective as before, it gets clogged easily. We didn't use the hopper, instead we just fed the drying bucket with wood chips and sealed it with a flat lid when we ran it. But still every time after running, there's a lot of wood chips remain in the bucket while the reactor is already empty. The auger always gets clogged every time we run it recently. I tried to put some grease on the gear near the motor but it still didn't work. Could anyone give me some suggestion to deal with this problem? Thanks!

Hi Wilson,
Just a few more questions about the auger motor for troubleshooting your issue here:
What is the longest length of the feedstock you are using?
Have you tried different feedstocks? and what is your experience with them?
Is the problem the auger or is the feed stock just bridging over the auger?
When you run the auger with no feed stock, does it seem to run well? Or does it seem to rub up against the drying bucket making it difficult to turn?
Does the auger screw look warped or bent in any way?
Does the auger hum?

To help me better assist you, please send a picture that describes your issue and send it to support@allpowerlabs.org for the quickest response or you can post it here. Auger issues are very fixable.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Jay
