Hello from Chinandega, Nicaragua

I am a volunteer working with Amigos for Christ on an aquaponics project  here in Chinandega, Nicaragua. We feed over 900 poor school children five days per week and we operate two farms.  One farm is on the grid and the other is not.  A cost efective gen set would be great asset have to power our farms.   I am located in the coastal plain about 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean.  This is an agricultural area with very few trees and very limited amounts of wood waste biomass.  I have access to large amounts of free rice husks and I know that they grow a large amount of peanuts in this area.

I have been told that pelletized rice husks  will work?  Does anyone have any experience that would be relevant to my situation?

Hi,
I saw this in the Forum: http://gekgasifier.c...hulls-and-straw

It relates to rice straw.
