Just curious here but in the pdf file it only showed two legs.Does it tell the person that they need to duplicated parts or will I need to tell them certain parts need to be cut more then just once?I dropped Files off on a jump drive and it wouldn't load on his desktop pc running autocad but came up fine on the pc used at the cutting table.I am guessing it was updated version CAD.Are there other parts that should be duplicated too?He also was going to ad measurements to each part and save it on my jump drive so I would have them and didn't have to have CAD program see measurements.I was going to do this once I got cut outs before welding started but he said his program was able to do this and convert it to a pdf file for viewing.Just didn't see rushing out buying a CAD program so told him that would be nice if he could do that.
Would it hurt just to use 304ss metal for all items because it says it all fits on a 1 1/4 sheets but if its all different gauge metal and mild and SS then it cant be cut all out on same sheet. You mentioned awg but isn't that sizing for wiring?I just went with 10ga,16ga, and 22ga(not20) instead and Shop person said that's how they go by with their sizing.Just followed sizing in the 4.2 pdf file only changed awg to gauge...
Also the link you provided doesnt have the shaker grate on it , that part with holes in it to bring down ash.The pdf file 4.2 seems to have it on it but the 4.0 link you posted doesn't.

All i did was click each file and hit the download tab. Then it pops up on system where to save, filename you want saved as and where you want it saved to.Now I dont have Cad but took to Shop that does and it does not have any measurements on them but Cad program knows how to cut it out and correct size.Guy is converting the file on my jump drive I took him and putting measurments on it.
